I made a delicious Japanese avocado dip that I tried out on my fiance last week. You know what he said? I should mix it with my guacamole. So here it is, my very own Japanese fusion.
Japanese-Inspired Guacamole
3 ripe and very soft avocados
1 tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
juice of 2 limes
2 teaspoons wasabi paste (adjust to spiciness)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar

- Mash the avocados in a bowl with the lime juice, wasabi paste, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Stir in the tomato and the red onion.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, raw veggies, or whatever else you enjoy with guacamole.
